2012 Craiglee Shiraz

Deep dark red colour with a tinge of black around the edges and a dark crimson hue. Aromas of dark cherries, red liquorice and clove overlay smoked dried meats with a spicy end note. Light, very elegant and spicy the palate has savoury flavours of red cherries, subtle liquorice, dried meats, clove, earth and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Aftertaste of spicy, red cherries, subtle liquorice, dried meats, clove and earth. A very delicate, elegant Shiraz.
