A 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot blend. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. The nose reveals aromas of blackcurrant and mulberries intermixed with subtle black olive notes followed by cigar box, earth and spice. Excellent concentration and richness of fruit underpinned by a firm elegant structure with flavours of blackcurrant, some liquorice and mulberries followed by cedary cigar box characters, black olives and spicy earth. Dryish finish with a firm robust tannin structure. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, subtle liquorice, cedary cigar box, black olives, earth and spice.
