Brilliant very pale straw colour with distinctive greenish tinge and watery hue. The nose offers up zesty scents of gooseberry and citrus with a herbaceous grassy overlay and a hint of asparagus as an end note. Mouth watering flavours of herbaceous gooseberry and citrus combine followed by some grassiness with a crisp crunchy minerally finish. Long tangy citrus and herbaceous gooseberry aftertaste.
