Opaque black dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose offers up scents of ripe blackberries and liquorice followed by some light vanillin oak and spice. Medium weight the palate has flavours of dark plums and dark cherries followed by some fine vanillin cedar like characters, earth and spice. Very fine grained tannin structure showing excellent integration. Aftertaste of dark plums, ripe dark cherries, vanillin cedar and spicy earth.
