Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose opens with ripe peach and apricot scents followed by some cashew and spice. The palate is quite full and broadly textured with flavours of ripe peach, cashew and nougat with some honeycomb like characters on the back palate. Soft acid finish with aftertaste of ripe peach, butterscotch and honeycomb.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
