Produced from 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Carignan, 10% Cinsault and 5% Counoise.
Opaque dark red black colour with a purple crimson red hue. The nose displays fresh dark raspberry and dark cherry aromas followed by hints of incense, liquorice and spice. Medium weight the palate possesses generous flavours of dark raspberries and dark cherries over some liquorice, faint earth and spicy pepper. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, a touch of liquorice, earth and spice.
