Brilliant water like colour with a very distinctive greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose is showing early signs of development with some toastiness present alongside lime, citrus and green apple aromas. Lively lime and citrus flavours are to the fore followed by a touch of orange blossom with some toastiness emerging on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus, subtle orange blossom, toasty characters and faint kero.
