2012 Cape Jaffa The Set Shiraz Cabernet Merlot

Opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. The nose reveals aromas of liquorice, dark plum and blackcurrant with some confectionary end notes. Medium to full bodied the palate has rich liquorice and dark plum flavours over some subtlety toasted vanillin oak and spice. Generous mouthfeel with soft velvety tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, dark plum and spicy toasty vanillin oak.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
