Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries are intermixed with a hint of clove followed by some earthy cedar and spice. The palate is on the lighter side of medium weight but nonetheless quite savoury with flavours of dark cherries, cedar, some light earth and spice. Dryish finish with very fine grained well integrated tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherries, cedar, earth and spice.
