2012 Battle of Bosworth White Boar Shiraz Cabernet

Certified organic. Impenetrable inky black core with a deep dark red black hue. Intense aromas of liquorice, ripe black cherries and blackcurrant overlay vanillin cedar, dark chocolate and spice. Lashings of rich opulent fruit saturate the palate creating a luxurious feel. Mouthfilling flavours of liquorice, ripe blackcurrant and black cherries are followed by toasty vanillin oak, earth and spice with drying robust tannins firming up the finish. Excellent power and concentration with a long chewy aftertaste of ripe blackcurrants, liquorice, earthy vanillin cedar and spice.
