Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted lemon and orange rind notes followed by some lime and mineral. Flavours of lemon and lime work in tandem with mouth watering acidity followed by some orange rind and a mineral infused finish. Long lemon, lime and mineral aftertaste.
