2012 3 Drops Cabernets

A Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend that displays an opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. The nose offers up aromas of blackcurrant intermixed with some black olive and cedary tobacco like characters finishing with spice end notes. Medium weight the palate has good up front richness with blackcurrant and mulberry flavours followed by some black olive, light tobacco and spicy cedar. Dry finish with elegantly structured but relatively firm tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, black olives, cedary tobacco and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
