Totally opaque inky black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense black cherry and liquorice aromas arise from the glass followed by some smoked meats, cedar and blackpepper scents. Medium weight the palate possesses abundant richness as well as finesse delivering generously textured flavours of black cherries, liquorice, dried meats, smoky cedar and pepper all within an elegantly built framework.
