A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Opaque black dark colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Nosing reveals ripe blackcurrant top notes followed by some dark plum, a hint of liquorice, cedar and spice. Medium weight with good richness flavours of ripe blackcurrants dominate over a background of bay leaf, cedar, earth and spice. Fine grained, slightly chewy tannins with aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, bay leaf, cedary earth and spice.
