Opaque black crimson colour with dark purple red hue. The nose presents aromas of blackberry, liquorice and blackcurrant with a vanillin overlay. Medium weight the palate possesses generous flavours of ripe blackberry and dark plum followed by a touch of liquorice and some spice. Very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackberry, dark plum, a touch of liquorice and spice.
