Matured in French oak barriques for 9 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and watery hue. The nose possesses excellent intensity with aromas of delicate white peach, cashew and well integrated light toasty nuances followed by some citrus and light hazelnut end notes. Elegant palate structure delivering fresh citrus and grapefruit flavours followed by some cashew, lightly roasted almond and spice. Clean dry finish with good acid structure. Long citrus, cashew, light hazelnut and spice aftertaste.
