Totally opaque black crimson red colour with deep crimson red black hue. The nose displays aromas of liquorice and ripe blackberry followed by some dark chocolate, confectionary like notes and a touch of spice. Full bodied the palate possesses an opulent fruit profile of ripe blackberry, liquorice and dark chocolate followed by some subtle toasty oak and spice. Velvet smooth tannins. Good length with long ripe blackberry, liquorice and toasty spice aftertaste.
