Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lime and citrus aromas followed by some orange rind and flinty mineral notes. The palate possesses good concentration with flavours of lime and citrus followed by a crisp flinty mineral infused acid finish. Aftertaste of lime, citrus and flinty mineral.
