Opaque black crimson colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose exhibits top notes of mulberry and blackcurrant intermixed with a hint of bay leaf followed by some cedar, subtle earth and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses good richness within an elegant format of ripe blackcurrant and mulberry flavours followed by a touch of bay leaf, cedar and spice. Excellent depth with slightly dryish very fine grained tannin structure. Long aftertaste of blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice.
