2011 Skillogalee Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted scents of ripe lime, citrus and orange rind followed by a hint of talc. The palate delivers flavours of lime and citrus, possessing a more steely like structure than the 2010 vintage with a steely mineral infused dry finish. Crisp crunchy acidity with long aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral.
Cellar 4-5 years (2015-2016).
