Anything but one dimensional as the peat performs circus acts here to entertain: from the high wire with an ethereal gristiness rich in molten sugar, to earthier, head in lion's mouth phenols that rumble a dull roar. And the delivery is a cannonball firing you some distance. The tannins hitch a ride on the malt's natural oils and an aplogetic degree of vanilla.
