Not the oldest, but one of the smaller outturns in Signatory's latest shipment, cask #110 saw 309 bottles filled from a first-fill Marsala hogshead. The influence of the Sicilian fortified wine will have tempered some of the distillery's vibrant coastal notes, bringing a vinous sweetness and complexity to the subtly saline, fruity, biscuity malt. 59.6% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
