By several reports, an excellent representative of the distillery style: You can tell just by looking at it, it's clearly a sherry bomb, yet, apparently the balance is right. Dark cherries, dark chocolate, lots of wine input however the distillate has enough character to compete with the first-fill casks. This will go down as a high point in the 100 proof series, and the very accessible price means it will fly off the shelves. 57.1% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.

Other reviews... Wow! If you like dominant sherry bottlings, you'll love this whisky. I'm a bit surprised that Signatory Vintage released it as a 100 proof bottling. This could have been released as a vase for €100 and would have been equally well received. My only criticism would be that the sherry is almost too dominant.
