Brilliant very pale straw colour with watery hue. Lemon and lime aromas dominate the nose and are followed by some orange rind and talc. The palate displays good mouthfeel and flavour intensity with lime, citrus and orange rind along with some talcy mineral like characters present. Clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, talc and mineral.
