Deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. Ripe dark cherry top notes are followed by some subtle cedar, earth and spice. Medium weight the palate is quite generous and ripe for a Chianti with flavours of dark cherries, dark plum and spicy cedar on the back palate. Fine grained tannins. Drysih finish with aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, spicy cedar and light earth.
