Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Lifted lemon and lime scents are followed by some orange rind and mineral. Quite steely in stature the palate is dominated by lemon and lime flavours supported by a flinty mineral infused acid structure. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
