Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged, almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays delicate citrus and grapefruit aromas followed by some granny smith and mineral notes. Crisp light palate flavours of citrus, pear and mineral with a crunchy acid finish. Moderate aftertaste of citrus, green apple and mineral.
