2011 Ninth Island Pinot Noir

Semi translucent crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. The nose displays aromas of cherry along with some raspberry, a touch of stalk and spice. Light weight and relatively simple the palate has flavours of dark cherry and raspberry followed by hint of cedar and some spice. Soft fine grained tannins with aftertaste of dark cherry and spice.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
