Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with watery hue. The nose displays an intense aromatic profile of lemon, orange rind and lime followed by some talc end notes. The palate flavours are lighter than expected and the structure quite austere and dry. Lemon, lime and mineral with a clean dry finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
