Brilliant pale straw colour with straw edges and watery hue. Nosing reveals strong white peach aromas over a background of cashew, subtle toasty oak, nougat and light honeycomb. Medium weight the palate is a touch more elegant than the nose would suggest with flavours of white peach, citrus, cashew and subtle spicy oak. Clean dry finish with a moderately creamy mouthfeel that is well counterpointed against the acid structure of the wine. Aftertaste of white peach, citrus, cashew and spice. Needs a few years bottle age to fill out.
