2011 Maxwell Silver Hammer Shiraz

Opaque black purple red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays aromas of dark plum, some blackberry, a touch of liquorice and spice. Medium to full bodied and featuring a round supple mouthfeel the palate has flavours of dark plum, blackberry and liquorice followed by some vanillin spice. Velvet smooth tannins with medium to long liquorice, blackberry and vanillin spice aftertaste.
Drink over next 2-3 years.
