Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. The nose displays citrus and ripe lime top notes followed by some tropical fruits, a hint of orange blossom and mineral. The palate is texturally quite full possessing flavours of ripe pear, apple, citrus and spice. Clean medium dry finish with aftertaste of ripe pear, apple and spice.
