Brilliant water like colour with very pale straw edges and watery hue. Aromas of green apple, gooseberry and citrus lacking intensity. The palate is quite light and dry with delicate flavours of green apple, lime and citrus. Clean crisp dry finish with moderate aftertaste of green apple and citrus.
Drink now (2012).
