Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose is a little restrained with scents of citrus and dried herbs followed by a touch of green apple and some grassy herbaceous notes. Elegant but with good mouthfeel the palate has flavours of citrus, some subtle herbaceous gooseberry characters and mineral. Clean dry finish with aftertaste of herbaceous grassy citrus and mineral.
