Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of citrus, fresh apple, ripe lime and mineral. Showing a slightly riper profile than most Australian Rieslings the palate has flavours of ripe apple and lime with a citrusy mineral infused finish. Clean crisp acidity with aftertaste of citrus, apple, lime and mineral.
