2011 Home Hill Estate Pinot Noir

Semi translucent deep dark red colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays strong varietal character with lifted scents of dark cherries and gamey earth like characters over some toasty cedar and spice end notes. Light weight but possessing excellent power and drive the palate has mouthfilling flavours of ripe dark cherries, gamey characters, toasty cedar and spice. Velvet smooth tannins with long dark cherry, game and spicy toasted oak aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
