Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges and watery hue. The nose is a little restrained upon first sniff eventually yielding aromas of lime, citrus and crunchy green apple followed by some mineral notes. The palate is a touch fuller in comparison to the Springvale exhibiting mouthfilling flavours of lime, citrus and a touch of orange rind with a clean crisp slatey mineral infused finish. Long aftertaste of lime, citrus and slatey mineral.
