Predominately Cabernet Sauvignon based (85%) this wine also includes 5.5% Petit Verdot, 5% Merlot and 4.5% Malbec in it’s composition. Opaque dark crimson red black tinged colour with dark crimson red hue. The nose displays a mix of mulberry and subtle blackcurrant aromas followed by some bay leaf and spicy cedar. Medium weight the palate delivers generous blackcurrant and mulberry flavours followed by some light bay leaf characters, cedar and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Long blackcurrant, mulberry, cedar and spice aftertaste.
