2011 Fraser Gallop Estate Chardonnay

This is a new second label to Fraser Gallop. Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged colour with watery hue. The nose displays delicate nectarine and white peach top notes followed by some flinty spicy oak characters. On the palate there are white peach and citrus flavours followed by some cashew and flinty match stick mineral like characters on the back palate. Clean crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of nectarine, light spicy cashew and some flinty mineral characters.
Cellar 2-3 years (2014-2015).
Alc 13.5%
