2011 Forester Estate Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with distinctive greenish tinge around the edge and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of citrus, some green apple, subtle herbaceous gooseberry and some minerally end notes. The palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of ripe gooseberry, tropical fruits and citrus with some light herbaceous characters making an appearance on the clean crisp dry finish. Good mouthfeel with aftertaste of gooseberry, citrus and dried herbs.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
