2011 Flynns Wines Lewis Road Heathcote Shiraz

Matured for 12 months in French and American oak barriques. Very deep dark red purple colour with dark red purple hue. The nose is a little subdued with aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, cedar and spice emerging. Medium bodied the palate is quite light by Heathcote standards with very elegant flavours of blackberry, dark cherry, toasty oak and spice. Fine grained soft tannins with aftertaste of blackberry, toasty oak and spice.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
