2011 Flying Fish Cove The Wildberry Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with deep dark crimson red hue. The nose displays a lifted bouquet of ripe blackcurrant and dark mulberry over a touch of bay leaf, tobacco, cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses an abundance of ripe blackcurrant fruit followed by some dark mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins. Long blackcurrant, dark mulberry, cedary tobacco and spice aftertaste.
Cellar 5-6 years.
Alc 14.5%
