2011 Ferngrove Cossack Riesling

Brilliant very pale straw colour with faint greenish tinge on the edges and watery hue. The nose displays aromas of lemon and lime followed by some green apple overlaid with some steely mineral notes. The palate is quite dry and austere with steely mineral infused lemon, lime and green apple flavours with some spice on the back palate. Clean crisp crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lemon, green apple and steely mineral.
Cellar 5-6 years.
