Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose exhibits top notes of white peach and cashew followed by a hint of nougat and some spicy toasted oak. Rich mouthfilling flavours of white peach and cashew dominate followed by some spicy oak, biscuit and a touch of citrus. Good mouthfeel and palate weight being almost creamy in texture. Long aftertaste of white peach, cashew, spicy oak and flinty matchstick like characters.
