Fermented in old 2500 litre oak vats. Brilliant water like colour with light greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. Aromas of lemon, lime and orange rind followed by some flinty mineral end notes. Light, dry and a touch austere the palate delivers flavours of lemon and lime with a steely mineral infused backbone. Clean crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lemon, lime and steely mineral.
