Brilliant pale straw colour with a touch of green around the edges and a watery hue. Citrus and nectarine aromas are followed by some cashew, light toast and spice. Medium weight with good freshness and textural appeal the palate has flavours of white peaches, nectarines and toast followed by traces of dried honey and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of dried honey, stone fruits, toast and spice.
