A blend of 40% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Ripe red to black currant aromas mix with earth, spicy cedar, tobacco and dried herb notes. Medium bodied flavours of red to black currant are intermeshed with vanillin cedar, earth and spicy leather characters. Dryish finish with a firmish tannin structure imparting a grippy feel onto the modest aftertaste.
