Deep dark red purple colour with dark crimson red hue. Aromas of dark cherries, earth, a touch of cedar and spice emanate from the glass. Light to medium weight the palate displays flavours of spicy dark cherry and earth with the spiciness persisting right through to the back palate. Dry finish with fine grained slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of dark cherry and earth.
