A blend of Savagnin, Verdelho &Roussanne.Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted tropical fruit top notes followed by some ripe apple, light honeycomb and spice. The palate has good mouthfeel with flavours of pear, tropical fruits and spice present along with some dried honey like characters on the back palate. Dry clean finish with aftertaste of pear and spice.
