Opaque dark red black colour with dark red hue. The nose displays good lift with black cherry and liquorice scents prevalent over some subtle meaty characters and a touch of spice. Medium weight the palate has flavours of black cherry, some liquorice, meaty earth like characters and spice. Dryish finish with moderately firm tannins and aftertaste of black cherry, liquorice, dried meats and spice.
